Macro Calculator

This calorie calculator is meant to be used as a guide to where your calorie intake should be at to either lose, maintain or gain weight. Choose your selection of either high carbohydrates and low fats or high fats and low carbohydrates.

Regardless of which option you choose, the results will be much of the same, it all comes down to personal preference. For your protein and carbohydrate targets aim to stay within 10g of the given number, for the fat target aim to stay within 5g of the given number.
