Danny Kennedy is a fitness entrepreneur and owner of DK Fitness. A brand that was first introduced to the market in 2014.
DK Fitness is extremely well publicised for its work and Danny himself is amongst the very best personal trainers in the world. His training is high end and called on by Olympic and professional athletes, celebrities and social media identities. He has also created some of the best online fitness and nutrition coaching programs for people running families, small business and professional lives. He has separated himself from many of his peers with his deep knowledge and understanding of the challenges people face and current trends in fitness and nutrition.
His elite approach is best demonstrated in his global podcast with guests like celebrated author Dr John DeMartini, number 1 NBA draft pick Andrew Bogut, Kevin Hart’s celebrity trainer Ron ‘Boss’ Everline, Hugh van Cuylenburg the founder of the Resilience project, David Meltzer the co-founder of Sports 1 Marketing and three-time international best-selling author as well as a number of AFL captains including Trent Cotchin and Dyson Heppell.
He is also head trainer for Keep it Cleaner app founded by Steph Miller and Laura Henshaw as well as being an ambassador for Ovarian Cancer Australia and involved in their ongoing campaigns with Bonds. Danny has a very large following and is actively engaged with his audience on social media.
During his time playing Basketball he has travelled and played across most of Australia, and in New Zealand, The Philippines and The United States of America.
Since finishing up his basketball career he has competed at a National and International level as a Physique Competitor.
Danny is an ambassador for the Ovarian Cancer Australia Foundation.
In 2017 Danny decided to raise money for the Beyond Blue Foundation by pushing a sled in the gym for 24 hours straight, eventually completing the event for a 2nd time in 2018.
Mental Health is a topic that is very close to his heart and he continues to raise awareness in as many ways possible today.
